Responsibilities:

• Pediatric Expertise: Provide specialized care for children, including preventive treatments, restorative procedures, and patient education.

Qualifications:

• Pediatric Focus: Experience or strong interest in pediatric dentistry, with a passion for working with children.
• Clinical Expertise: DDS or DMD with licensure to practice dentistry in the state, and CPR certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and a compassionate bedside manner for connecting with young patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually, including a guaranteed day rate and production-based incentives:
  • New Graduates: $650 - $750 day rate
  • Experienced Dentists: $800+ day rate (D.O.E.)
