As an Associate Dentist with Savannah Dental, you will be responsible for delivering a Distinctive Patient Experience to our established and growing patient base. Our dentist play a leading part in collaborating with our leadership team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and team morale:


Essential responsibilities and duties:

  • Formulate plan of treatment for patient's oral health and make recommendations. 
  • Diagnose and provide appropriate treatment, including restorative, crowns/bridges, root canals, extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. 
  • Interpret radiographs to make informed decisions and proper judgment. 
  • Performing surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity, 
  • Advise and educate patients regarding preventative dental care, the causes and treatment of dental issues, as related. 
  • Examine patients' medical records and make proper treatment diagnoses
  • Use state-of-the-art equipment to make informed decisions, such as CBCT, Intraoral Camera, etc. 
  • Educate patients on proper oral health, preventative care, and other hygiene routines
  • Design and fit dental prosthodontic appliances, such as bridges, crowns, retainers, etc. 
  • Collaborate with our Director of Operations and Owner Dentist to create an efficient workflow of the clinical function, and the patient experience. 
  • Comply with all OSHA and HIPAA regulations, ensuring patients treatment and concerns are adhered with strict confidentiality. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 


Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. 
  • Licensed to practice in the beautiful state of GA. 
  • One to three years experience in an associate role, preferred.
