Crossroads Veterinary Clinic in Three Rivers, MI is a full-service companion animal hospital. It is our commitment to provide quality, veterinary care throughout our patients' lives. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as pets age; and complete medical, emergency, and surgical care as necessary during his or her lifetime. For established Veterinarians we offer interesting, diverse and challenging cases, with manageable caseloads and a fair Work-Life balance. For recent graduates, we offer an environment suited for you to learn - mentorship is something we take very seriously and we would be honored to have you join our team and learn alongside our experienced veterinary team.
Requirements
- Minnesota Veterinary License - active and in good standing
- Teamwork mentality and open to collaboration
- Open to our Leadership Development Year Long Program to develop not only your business mindset, but also soft skills.
- A year long program for Hospital Leadership or people who desire leadership in the future
- Starts by visiting the home office in for a few days where you would be involved in training
- Weekly meetings for your personal development
- Main focus is soft skills, leadership, communication, management styles, how to lead effective meetings, retention skills, financial aspects like how to read a P&L and business focused-GREAT invaluable information that would stick with you.
- For a leader that you would want for instance, is it someone who can read a P&L statement or someone who can read a P&L statement AND lead in a healthy and positive way that has the well rounded soft skills that are so pertinent in today's environment
