Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) for a partner school for students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our speech therapy team on a full-time basis for the 2024-2025 school year. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders regarding students communication and development of life skills.

Additional responsibilities will include;
  • Provide daily services for students including direct, small group sessions, and push in utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills
  • Implement AAC and conduct interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure AAC implementation across disciplines
  • Determine eligibility of students for speech therapy services and clearly identify necessary classroom accommodations
  • Provide appropriate speech and language intervention for eligible students
  • Navigate the dismissal process for students who are no longer eligible for speech and language services
  • Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs
  • Completes relevant paperwork within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures

Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
  • School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all ages
  • Experience with AAC is a plus!
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
