Job Title: Clinical Psychologist- Sign-on Bonus: $2,500


Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Clinical Psychologists to join our fast-growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation center. Our center specializes in treating patients with:

  1. Brain Injuries: Unresolved cognitive, psychosocial, and physical symptoms.
  2. Chronic Pain: Resulting from musculoskeletal injuries.
  3. PTSD: From traumatic work injuries in manual labor, police, and fire/rescue jobs.

Our most pressing need: A Clinical Neuropsychologist for a structured group rehabilitation program focused on patients with acquired brain injuries (mild to moderate). This program integrates psychological services within physical rehabilitation, offering daily treatment over several months.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to help patients (injured workers) self-manage symptoms, rebuild physical and mental health, and improve daily functioning.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations pre- and post-treatment.
  • Integrate diagnostic findings with medical and physical assessments.
  • Co-lead integrated treatment plans.
  • Communicate findings and progress in reports and follow-ups with referring physicians.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program and internship.
  • Training in health/pain psychology, neuropsychology, and/or PTSD.
  • Washington Licensed Psychologist or license-eligible (post-EPPP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctoral training in biopsychosocial health, psychological & neuropsychological assessment, and behavioral assessment.
  • Treatment experience with CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, biofeedback, medical hypnosis, breath-work, or other mind-body methods.
  • Experience with injured-worker populations and state-disability programs.
  • Experience in Hispanic communities; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a CARF-accredited rehabilitation program.
  • Leadership or program development experience.
