Dental Hygienist - Cadillac, MI

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday, Monday to Thursday (rotating)

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced hygiene periodontal health care.
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Perform scaling and root planing for periodontal therapy.
• Utilize the Dental Fitness Index (DFI) to evaluate and ensure patient periodontal health, requiring a minimum DFI Med score of 80 to pass.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Hygienist with a current license to practice in Michigan.
• Proven experience in advanced periodontal health care.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
