Dental Hygienist - Farmington Hills, MI (Direct Hire)

Raizan Solutions, in partnership with our esteemed client, Dr. Reem Saywa of Radiant Dental in Farmington Hills, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join their team. As the hiring partner, we want to emphasize that our services are completely free for candidates.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday

• Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings and prophylactic treatments.
• Conduct oral examinations and identify any oral health issues.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of treatments.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Michigan.
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
