Position Overview:

Raizan Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join a reputable dental practice in Romeo, MI. This role is critical to ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and maintaining efficient office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiently use Dentrix software for scheduling, patient management, and office workflows (Dentrix experience is a MUST).
• Accurately create and manage detailed treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize the practice’s daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Collaborate with the dental team to maintain an organized and positive working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Office Manager in a clinical setting.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of dental office workflows and patient care.
• Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Dentrix software (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed treatment plans.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team.
