About Open Cities Health Center
Open Cities Health Center (OCHC) is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center in St. Paul, Minnesota's Rondo, Frogtown, and North End neighborhoods. It has been a respected neighborhood institution for more than 57 years and is committed to racial equity and improving the health of both its patients and community.
OCHC provides primary medical, dental, mental health, vision, and chiropractic care out of its two locations. In 2023, its providers delivered 21,000 visits to 6,500 people. Most of OCHC’s patients are from diverse racial, socio-economic, cultural, and linguistic groups.
St. Paul and its sister Minneapolis, the “Twin Cities,” are known for their many lakes, natural beauty, parks, trails, top restaurants, arts, cultural activities, and educational systems. The Twin Cities is the number one area in the country for biking and is consistently named the top area for parks. In 2023, five area restaurants were James Beard semi-finalists.
