Emergency Medical Technician

• Full-time position, Monday-Friday night shift


• No weekend work required!

What You’ll Do:

• Providing emergency response


• Proactively preventing injuries and providing early symptom intervention, aligning with OSHA standards.


• Offering first aid injury care and arranging medical attention if necessary.


• Conducting ergonomic assessments to recommend preventive measures for musculoskeletal conditions.


• Collaborating directly with manufacturing employees for injury risk assessment and wellness coaching.


• Partnering with Safety, Medical, and Production teams to identify and implement ergonomic solutions.


• Creating a comfortable and safe work environment that enhances employee comfort and productivity.


• Facilitating return-to-work processes and communicating effectively with all parties


• Maintaining accurate documentation and providing insightful health improvement feedback.

What You Need:

  Our ideal candidate will have:

    EMT/Paramedic License

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations, preferred

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Previous ergonomic and/or occupational health experience is a plus

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
