AnthroMed Education is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist professional to join our team and fill in for an FMLA need at one of our partner schools in Saint Charles, Illinois.

Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist at AnthroMed Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of students. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Elementary students while being supported by the resources and expertise of AnthroMed Education.

Responsibilities:

• Work Full-Time, Monday-Friday, beginning August 12th through December 20th.
• Provide therapy services to Elementary students.
• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure in Illinois and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably Elementary.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
