Accountability Objective

Under the direction of the manager, you will be responsible for the health and wellness initiatives and programs for CapitalPoint Financial clients, in accordance with the company’s philosophy, objectives, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Recognized health-related license or certification (e.g., LPN, RN, Wellness Coach).
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Experience in health and wellness program development and implementation.
  • Preference given to individuals with experience working with diverse populations.
  • Client-oriented with a strong alignment to CapitalPoint’s values.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Participate in CapitalPoint Financial’s quality improvement programs.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of client health and wellness needs, and provide recommendations.
  • Stay informed on available health and wellness services and work with clients to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Develop and implement personalized wellness plans.
  • Organize and facilitate wellness workshops and events.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise wellness staff. Manage department budgets and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and external healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote overall client well-being. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Complete all required training and certifications.
  • Work in conjunction with relevant departments to raise awareness about the wellness services provided.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
