Healthcare Consultant- Ohio, Hybrid- 75% Travel

Your Opportunity with TransformCareThe consultant-level role is designed for employees at the beginning of their consulting careers. Consultants are expected to be self-starters with basic problem-solving and analytic skills and the ability to work well with and learn from their team members and customers. Consultants will be paired with seasoned TransformCare staff to help develop their core consulting skills further, and they will have exciting opportunities to assist in many impactful projects.


Role Responsibilities: To provide project-level support for contract engagements.  Specific examples of this support include:

  • Develop team and client templates to be used throughout the duration of the project
  • Consolidate input from multiple parties into clear and concise documents
  • Assess and analyze current care processes and design processes to increase value and efficiency
  • Provide support for the design, analysis, and implementation of new processes and technology solutions
  • Identify impacts and changes necessary to move to desired future states
  • Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships to support effective change management
  • Schedule and coordinate client and team meetings
  • SharePoint/TEAMS site setup and maintenance
  • Document meeting notes during important client meetings
  • Document, assign, and track project action items
  • Oversee daily operations within a single workstream
  • Support the development of work products and deliverables
  • Perform various data analyses resulting in key observations and/or recommendations
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and, at times, ambiguous environments

Work LocationWork requires travel of up to 75% in the continental U.S., depending on specific project assignments.  Must live within one hour of a major airport. The initial project location can be subject to change depending on business needs.

You should have previous remote experience and be comfortable using tools like O365 and Teams to communicate as needed.

Requirements

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the healthcare field
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare and/or business consulting fields required
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365
  • U.S. citizenship (client requirement)
