The Certified Nursing Assistant is specifically trained, competent and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the registered nurse (RN).

Responsibilities






•Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Check each guest/patients routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.
•Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine have been made on the care plan.








Qualifications






•CNA license certification prior to hiring.
•Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
•Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
•Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience) •LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
