Job Description : 

The Allegheny Health Network’s Behavioral Health Institute is rapidly growing and seeking motivated individuals who want to be at the forefront of psychiatric care. AHN is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide adult IP psychiatric services in our 37-bed inpatient unit, providing services for people experiencing serious behavioral health crises and mood disorders. Offer medication management, group and individual counseling, and electroconvulsive therapy; OP therapy services also available if interested. Join a vertically-integrated fiscal and clinical delivery system that is revolutionizing behavioral health service models, providing evidence-based treatments, and measurement-based care.

Qualifications

  • Completion of ACGME approved Psychiatry Residency
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Psychiatry
  • Graduate of accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
  • Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
  • DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment
