Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year +full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community and support resources.
• Collaborate with other providers to deliver integrated, comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
• Experience with older adults or specific client populations preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
