Licensed Psychologist Manager, Corrections - SCI Pine Grove

In this Licensed Psychologist Manager role, you will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of the psychological services program for SCI Pine Grove. This includes coordinating the psychological services program in the institution with other disciplines, developing and writing new policies and procedures for existing programs, and chairing the population Psychiatric Review Team.  You will also be participating as a standing member of the Clinical Review Team for suicides and attempted suicides, consulting with psychiatry and medical staff, and performing psychological testing and evaluation of inmates. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week. 
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a Licensed Psychologist MH or Psychologist; or 
• One year of experience as a licensed professional psychologist in the treatment of inmates or individuals with mental illness, mental retardation or behavioral dysfunction.

• Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
• PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
