Medical Administrator/EMT/LPN Clinic Manager - Bilingual Spanish

Essential Duties:

Administers medical care for work or non-work-related injuries or illnesses by giving first aid treatment, following appropriate algorithms, or other medical directives or accepted nursing standards, and sending to physician or health care facility as appropriate. Documents information. Enters data into OHM (Occupational Health Management) systems. Completes necessary forms.

  Performs, drug screens, Hearing tests, wellness programs, etc., as needed.

  Assists, with medical cost management by early intervention in the care of associates with constant follow-up.

  
  


• 
  

  Orders medical supplies as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Assists, with the administration of medical care/wellness, to reduce time away from work.

  
  


• 
  

  Processes physician's notes appropriately.

  
  


• Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations


• Build and maintain internal team relationships


• Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety, and environmental practices


• Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinic issues


• Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools.


• Case management


• General administrative duties

Requirements: 

• Be able to operationally lead and support a clinic team


• Have valid licensure and current CPR/BLS certification


• Have strong computer and other technology skills (navigating cell phones, texting, fax machines, etc.), as well as familiarity with EMR software


• Be able to lift a 50lb emergency response bag


• Have a positive and outgoing personality


• Be willing to go above and beyond
