Requirements:

• Must be a Medical Assistant with Certificate or Diploma


• 1 + years Medical Assistant Experience


• 1 + years admistering Injections


• 1 - 2 years experience in Sales a plus


• Must be able to work weekends


• Must be able to work some holidays


• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking a plus


• Must be able to type 35 wps


• Must be able to read, write and speak english well

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for adminstering injections under the direction of the Nurse Practitioner. You will also be responsible for admin duties as it is related to the Clinical Department. 

Core Functions:

• Welcomes clients by greeting them in person


• Verify client information regarding medical history


• Assit Explaining treatment procedures to patients


• Preparing patients for examinations


• Assisting the Provider’s during consultations


• Preparing and administering shots, including by intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections—as directed by a physician or other licensed provider (e.g., a nurse practitioner or physician assistant)


• Assist Provider with Sales of services and products


• Be knowledgeable on all products and procedures that are offered in the office, including skincare products


• Obtaining client before and after photos


• Follow up calls 


• Client File audit


• Clinical Inventory
