Job Description: Front Desk Receptionist
Candidate Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our busy podiatry clinic. The ideal candidate will be the friendly face of our practice, providing exceptional customer service to patients. Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a solid understanding of medical office procedures are essential. A clinical background is preferred, but not required. This is an opportunity to work alongside a renowned podiatrist in a prestigious Collin County, North Dallas clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and efficiently upon arrival.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and podiatry procedures.
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Collect patient payments and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain patient records and update patient information.
- Coordinate with back office staff and the doctor to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Promote and sell additional products and services to patients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with medical terminology (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish or Urdu/Hindi (required)
