Medical Receptionist - Medical Ctr Hermann
Inception Family CareerWe have an opening for a friendly, experienced Medical Receptionist for our Medical Center Hermann location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our patients.
Hours: 7:45am through 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Job Description: Medical front office responsibilities including:
- Answering Phones
- Patient Check In/Out
- Collecting Payments
- Scheduling Appointments
Required Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working in a medical office
- Bilingual-Spanish a plus!
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Professional and Courteous
- Strong oral and written communication skills
