Job description

We’re looking for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist who will compassionately care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery.

There is an immediate need for a nuclear medicine technologist who is also certified as a CT technician and has experience in oncology. While pediatric experience is preferred, it is not required.

Duties

Performs routine nuclear medicine imaging which can include complex imaging examinations and may include attenuation correction and/or diagnostic CT studies as directed and prescribed by a physician. Majority of scans involve general Nuclear Medicine scans and PET/CT for Oncology with concurrently acquired diagnostic CT imaging. Provides a safe environment for patients and follows departmental QC/Exam Data Integrity Workflow Expectations.

Requirements

2 years' experience

***Technologist cross-trained in both NM and CT**

Advanced CT Licensure

Certification Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)

and/or

American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).

BLS

***Pediatric experience preferred but not required***
