We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for our rapidly growing Brooklyn and Queens, NY market representing a critical part of our care delivery team.
Our company is dedicated to healing wounds and employs a unique multi-disciplinary model across care environments. Youβll be responsible primarily for seeing patients in their homes in your respective area. We are on the cutting edge of the wound care discipline, utilizing advanced techniques including artificial, stem-cell and growth factor skin substitutes which youβll support assessment, staging and preparation of the patient in the comfort of the patientβs home.
You must be willing to be trained in advanced skin substitute and debridement techniques. Youβll be supported by a regional clinical and operations team backed national clinical leadership who will oversee cases and assure extraordinary clinical quality.
This position has a very strong compensation model for the right candidate. Industry standard with high incentives for performance.
