Salary: $78,000.00 to $117,000 annually

HOURS:
- Acute Rehab Unit Only: Schedule will be either Tuesday-Saturday (five 8-hour shifts) or Wednesday-Saturday (four 10-hour shifts).
- Acute Rehab Unit/Inpatient Units: Schedule will be either Tuesday-Saturday (five 8-hour shifts) or Wednesday-Saturday (four 10-hour shifts) with the hours shared 50/50 between the Acute Rehab Unit and Inpatient units
Primary (Essential) Duties:
- Objective Assessments: Perform thorough and quantifiable assessments of patientsβ self-care functions based on treatment diagnosis, including medical history, cognitive function, sensory-perceptual-motor function, and activities of daily living.
- Goal Setting: Establish measurable and realistic treatment outcome goals tailored to each patientβs needs and condition.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement dynamic treatment programs aimed at achieving or advancing toward established outcome goals, ensuring consistency and continuity to enhance patient clinical response.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program with at least a bachelorβs degree.
- Licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Idaho (candidates may apply prior to licensure).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in Acute Care settings.
