The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in psychometric evaluations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychometric assessments to evaluate candidates' psychological profiles and determine their suitability for different roles.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assessment center, ensuring that processes are efficient and in line with professional standards.
  • Conduct mental health evaluations to identify strengths and developmental areas in candidates’ psychological profiles.
  • Assess candidates’ mental toughness through structured testing and interviews.
  • Analyze and review assessment reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the HR team and hiring managers.
  • Partner with HR to incorporate assessment findings into the recruitment and selection processes.
  • Keep current with developments in psychological testing techniques, mental health practices, and industry best practices.
  • Offer feedback and support to candidates following assessments, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations on assessment outcomes for internal stakeholders.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in psychological assessments or talent management.
  • Proven track record in conducting psychometric evaluations and managing assessment centers within an HR context.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
