HammondCare is an independent Christian charity that exists to improve the quality of life for people in need. We specialise in aged and dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation, mental health services for older people, and other related health and aged care services. This permanent part-time Pharmacist (Grade 2) role is two days per week (Tuesday and Friday) and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Hospital Pharmacy Service at Braeside Hospital.
In performing their duties the Pharmacist will be required to work in accordance with established procedures at each site and be able to use judgement and discretion about work organisation. The person employed in this position must operate in a manner consistent with Pharmacy department policies, practice standards and legislative requirements.
