• Provide clinical pharmacy services across multiple areas including central pharmacy, admixture center, and cardiovascular tower satellite pharmacy
• Conduct pharmacokinetic consultations and medication therapy management
• Respond to code situations and provide emergency medication support
• Address clinical queries from healthcare providers and nursing staff
• Ensure accurate medication preparation and dispensing
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
• Current Virginia pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical decision-making and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience
• Critical care or emergency medicine experience
