Your Role:
As a key member of our team, you’ll provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, medication management, and ongoing treatment services to our diverse patient population. You’ll work closely with psychotherapists, primary care physicians, and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive, coordinated care. Your expertise will also help nurture the growth of other psychiatric providers, through clinical supervision and mentorship.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Provide evidence-based treatment and medication management for a variety of psychiatric conditions
- Offer psycho-education and follow-up care, empowering patients to take charge of their mental health
- Provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) when needed
- Engage in program quality improvement initiatives that make a direct impact on patient care
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and collaborative discussions
- Lead weekly clinical supervision for psychiatric providers, fostering a supportive learning environment
- Champion our values of transforming care and delivering excellent service to patients
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, making a real difference in patient care continuity
- Share accountability for patient outcomes, building trust with patients and colleagues
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds an MD or DO degree
- Completed a 4-year psychiatric residency
- Is eligible for or has ABPN Board certification
- Has a valid California medical license (MD or DO) and DEA license
- Holds current BLS certification from an approved American Health Association provider
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required

Salary: $299,541.11 - $366,105.80 per year (based on experience)
