Job Type: Social Worker
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00-16:30
Duties:
- Use available resources and client assessments to decide on services and referrals.
- Include assessment, referral, case management, psychoeducation, and therapeutic interventions.
- Offer individual, family, and group psychotherapy for serious medical and mental health issues.
- Make referrals to external agencies, community resources, or government services.
- Use methods and techniques to help clients address their problems effectively.
- Monitor client progress provides follow-up after referral, and adjusts treatment plans if needed.
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation and ensures accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience providing mental health services is required.
- A master’s degree in social Work granted by a graduate program fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Valid State LCSW License or State equivalent is required for the Mental Health contract positions.
- Skill and efficiency in use of Microsoft Office package.
- Prior social work experience preferably working in a health-related setting.
