Working within a multidisciplinary team to support and assist people using Pathways’ services to reach and maintain optimum wellness by providing effective support as well as education and clinical expertise.
Build the use of health metrics, personal goals, and physical health checklists with a trauma informed lens.
Work Hours:
You will report to the Team Coach who supports and leads the team to provide excellent care to our community. The role is a Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. You will work across our services in the Wellington area.
