In this role you will:



  • Provide a high-quality Speech Pathology assessment and intervention service that is evidence based and solutions focused.

  • Manage a mixed caseload with complex and varied needs.

  • Be able to work with customers of all ages, their families, and carers to identify strengths, skills and goals.

  • Use appropriate assessment tools and methods to assess strengths and areas of development, to identify suitable intervention strategies.

  • Be able to deliver therapy in a variety of environments, e.g. centre based, schools/preschools, group homes, homes and via telehealth.

Position Description 


Requirements:



  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.

  • Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and/or adult caseload.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities in an autonomous, efficient, and effective manner.

  • An understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee for service model is desired.

  • Be able to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

  • WWCC (Blue Card) & NDIS worker Screening Clearance

  • First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
