About the Role


Would you like to work in a multidisciplinary team on the wonderful Sunshine Coast!

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to
join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National
360 therapists and NDIS Participants. Within this role you will
provide comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions
and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered
in home, clinic, and community settings.

    multidisciplinary team members to understand the entire client process.

We provide a
unique allocations structure which supports your preference to work
in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the
following areas:
 

  • Complex
    Communication 

  • Adult
    Neuro 

  • Dysphagia 
  • Paediatrics 

If you are interested to progress your career in clinical
or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs
have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical
experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Senior
Clinical and Operational Management roles.

About You

We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing
therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our
therapists which are:

  • Tertiary
    qualifications in Speech Pathology

  • 1+
    year experience working as a Speech Pathologist within the private or
    public sector

  • NDIS
    experience desirable 

  • SPA
    Registration

  • NDISWC
    / WWCC (or willingness to apply)

  • Current
    Australian driver’s licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
