We're searching for an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice, Advanced DDS, in Garden City, NY. We're looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and personable candidate who places a premium on patient care as a driver of practice growth and possesses a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience is preferred.

About Our Practice

  • In business since 1984 
  • Drs. in practice: 2-3             Hygienists: 2
  • Total chairs: 12
  • Schedule: Part-time Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays
  • Fee-for-service and PPO
  • Fully digital, upgraded technology (CEREC, multiple milling and CEREC units, Cone Beam, etc.)
  • Specialty work done in office: Oral Surgery, General Anesthesia, Sedation  
  • Active patient base: 3,250
  • Average new patients/month: 60

Compensation for Full-Time Providers

  • Estimated salary: $175,000 to $200,000 / year
  • Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
  • Clear and well-defined path for growth and bonus opportunities

Education and Experience

  • Dental school graduate, GPR/AEGD preferred
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience
  • Active dental license in state where direct clinical care is performed
