We are looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team at our Newberry, FL animal hospital. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida.
Responsibilities of the Associate Veterinarian will include:
- Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
- Prescribing medication and providing medical advice to pet owners
- Performing surgery and other procedures
- Maintaining patient records
- Working with other members of the veterinary team to provide the best possible care for animals
