If you are looking for a long-term position as the Branch Manager (Pediatric Dentistry on 160 location - #201, 15961 97 St) in progressive, state of the art Pediatric Dental office, with great pay and benefits please read below! We are looking for a Full-Time Branch Manager approximately 32-40 hours/week. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with team members, parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment, leadership skills and is friendly/out-going in a team-oriented environment.


 Requirements: (The applicant must meet the following requirements)


  • High School diploma
  • Human Resource experience
  • Exhibits leadership experience/qualities within a big team and acts as a trusted advisor to management
  • Be able effectively to manage conflicts 
  • Be able to work independently
  • Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily (software used in our Gold) 
  • Be proactive 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time 
  • Ability to adapt to change and a growing practice 
  • High level of organization and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in English 


Responsibilities and Duties


  • Maintain a partnership with other practice managers and doctors in all areas of the clinic (i.e. Financial, Clinical, Surgical)
  • Enforce office protocols
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis 
  • Understand the booking and maintaining of schedules for all patients (Pediatric)
  • Problem solve patient scheduling issues 
  • Address patient questions and concerns, respond to reviews
  • Understand our billing process and cost of procedures
  • Be able to acquire knowledge about all areas of the clinic and facilitate the smooth running of administrative duties in coordination with the clinical side of the practice 
  • Overlook front end administrative staff and clinical team 
  • Develop team and be instrumental in their growth at the company   
  • Attend and participate in manager meetings
  • Some personal assistant administrative tasks


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum education: High School Diploma 
  • Background in Human Resources or leadership (required)
