The role you’ll contribute\:


The Clinical Pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.


The value you’ll bring to the team\: 


·  Amenable to unforeseen scheduling changes, including dates, times, and locations.
·  Assists nursing or other medical staff members in completing ADR reports, if required.
·  Assists with new employee orientation.
·  Communicates effectively  with all other healthcare providers
·  Communicates with prescriber, completing appropriate documentation, when non-formulary drugs are requested.
