Practice Plus Group are pleased to announce that they will be taking over the healthcare contract at HMP Wymott, a Category C prison in Lancashire from 1st April 2025.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Mental Health team there from April. The prison houses around 1100 men with a variety of health needs.
Hours
This position is working 22.5 hours per week.
Salary
You’ll receive an annual salary of between £170,000 and £180,000 FTE - depending on experience.
How will we support you?
- You will be part of a team of 15 plus experienced and supportive Consultant psychiatrists
- You will be able to attend monthly Consultant's meeting and 1:1 clinical supervision.
