Role Overview:

Supercare Dental & Cosmetics is recruiting for a Dental Assistant at its Corrimal clinic. This role is perfect for those who derive satisfaction from bringing a smile to our patients’ faces and have prior experience in dental reception duties. The highlight of this role is the emphasis on fostering a positive environment and promoting teamwork on a daily basis.

In this position, you will be entrusted with maintaining patient-focused procedures, which means we go the extra mile to ensure our patients look forward to their visits. You should take pleasure in the key responsibilities that contribute to a successful day for both the team and our patients, which include:

• Cultivate and sustain positive connections by delivering exceptional customer service to our patients
• Ready both patients and facilities for dental procedures
• Provide high-quality chairside support to our Dentists
• Manage instrument sterilisation and implement infection control measures
• Uphold and execute infection control standards and protocols
• Oversee patient care from the moment they enter the surgery, including recall management
