Dental Hygienist - Full Time with Benefits!

Our innovative and growing office is seeking the right person to fill the role of Dental Hygienist. If you are looking to join our team please review the qualifications below

Experience Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of dental hygiene procedures
• Ability to complete comprehensive periodontal assessments and educate patient's on state of oral health.
• Ability to capture x-rays of diagnostic quality in an efficient time manner. 
• Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
•  In-depth knowledge of OSHA and HIPPA understanding that complies with Tennessee Dental Board guidelines
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Excellent customer service required to ensure patients feel welcome to decrease any dental anxiety.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Certification Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Valid Tennessee state license
• Valid CPR certification

Hygienist are eligible for bonus incentives at certain locations.

* Hours: Monday- Thursday 7:45am to 5:00pm
* Hourly rate: Fair Market Value; Commensurate with experience
