Position Requirements:

• Part-time or full-time option (flexible on days)
• Office is open: Mon 9-5, Tues-Th 8-4, Select Fridays 9-3
• Local anesthesia permit required

• $48-52/hr DOE
• Lucrative sign on bonus!
