Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and supporting the overall efficiency of the dental practice. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
Manage appointment scheduling and reminders
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
Verify and update patient information in the system
Process billing and insurance claims
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a dental or medical receptionist role is preferred
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using dental software (SEO) and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
