What You’ll Do:

• Patient Care Coordination: Manage daily scheduling, respond to patient inquiries, and help create a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Training & Development: Assist in training front desk team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Treatment Planning: Present treatment plans to patients, discussing financial options and ensuring a clear understanding of their care journey.
• Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and inventory, coordinating with vendors to keep everything running smoothly.

About You:

• Dental Experience: You bring prior experience in dental reception, administration, or management (required).
• Organization Skills: You’re detail-oriented and efficient, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Communication Skills: Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients, staff, and vendors.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with dental software, Google Docs, and standard office technology.
