Practice Details:

• 10 Operatories

• Technology: iTero Scanner, Digital X-rays (No CBCT or CEREC)

• Patient Base: PPO & FFS

• Clinical Focus: Comprehensive General Dentistry, Open to Experienced Doctors or Strong New Grads

• Support Team:

  • 2 Full-Time Hygienists

  • 1 Part-Time Hygienist

  • Fully Staffed Front & Back Office Team

Flexible Schedule Options:

• Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM

• Wednesday & Thursday: 12 PM – 6 PM (Can adjust start time earlier if needed)

• Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM

• Optional Monday Schedule Available if you prefer a full 5-day week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Collections-Based Compensation Plan with a 99% RCM/Collections Rate

• Tiered, Progressive Rate of Collections:

  • 30% for collections under $60,000/month

  • 32% for collections between $60,000–$80,000/month

  • 34% for collections over $80,000/month

• Average Daily Production: $4,500/day

  • A doctor collecting $90,000/month can expect to earn approximately $27,800/month or $333,600/year under this plan

• $700 Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days

• No Lab or Supply Fees / Adjustments

• Employment Options:

  • W-2 Employee

  • 1099 Independent Contractor

  • Service Member Option (1099 IC with access to benefits plans)
