A partner hospital located in Jensen Beach, FL, is seeking a Associate Veterinarian to join its multi-doctor, full-service companion animal hospital. This dynamic practice provides a wide range of services with advanced diagnostic tools, including digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, surgical laser, and cold/therapy laser. The clinic offers an ideal work-life balance, with flexible schedules and the opportunity to enjoy a long lunch break at the nearby beach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Comprehensive Care: Deliver high-quality medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for a variety of companion animals.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other veterinarians, technicians, and leadership to ensure the best outcomes for patients and smooth operations of the practice.
• Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering education and guidance on pet care in a compassionate, relationship-based approach.
• Support Staff Development: Encourage and mentor support staff through the clinic’s LevelUp training program to foster skill development and growth within the team.
• Manage a Varied Caseload: Oversee a diverse range of cases, from routine appointments to more complex surgeries and treatments.

Qualifications:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for veterinary care and a commitment to ongoing learning.
