Healthcare Administrator Associate – FULL TIME POSITION
Hours: 11am - 7pm AEDT (Mon – Fri)
Location: Hybrid – working from home and XRHealth office in Vermont, Victoria 3133
Who we are:
XRHealth is the world’s first Virtual Reality Telehealth platform. We provide VR Telehealth physiotherapy, psychology and occupational therapy to patients Australia-wide.
This is a hybrid position – work from home and XRHealth headquarters in Vermont Victoria, 3133.
About you:
With a background in health care, medical reception, or NDIS, you are looking for an opportunity to learn new skills. You have an interest in health technology and a genuine desire to assist people.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing phone enquiries, appointment bookings and patient rescheduling
Educate the patient about XRHealth products and services
Documentation and administration tasks
Invoicing and accounts payments
Updating of software on our VR headsets
Assisting with VR headset logistics/refurbishing
Basic headset troubleshooting/technical support
Working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team environment
Maintaining up to date CRM (Hubspot and Cliniko)
What you need to succeed:
Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
Excellent relationship-building skills including with team members
Proficiency in office computer operations and CRM systems (Office 365, HubSpot and Cliniko)
An aptitude for learning
Efficient time management skills
