Immediate Care (Ortho Clinic) Physician Assistant

Barrington Orthopedic Specialists' physicians have remained the premier orthopedic providers of the northwest Chicago suburbs, providing compassionate, individualized care for patients' bone, joint, and muscle injuries and conditions.

• Full-Time 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Schaumburg Location

The ideal candidate would be a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with orthopedic experience. You must be able function independently within the scope of your license. You need to be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team performing walk-in care services. Perform wound care, cast changes, splinting, minor injections, diagnostic imaging interpretation. 

Daytime Physician and PA/NP sub-specialty resources available during working hours. 

Requirements:

• Controlled Substance License and DEA Number REQUIRED
• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• 1-2 years of Orthopedic experience REQUIRED
• Experience with Athena E.H.R. preferred
