About the Role
ProPharma is seeking an Indonesian-speaking Medical Information Specialist with a background in nursing, pharmacy, or life sciences to join our Medical Information Contact Center. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates comfortable with pharmacology and interested in regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical industry support.
Key Responsibilities
πΉΒ Medical Information & Customer Support
Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Provide accurate and compliant information based on approved medical resources.
Translate and deliver medical responses between English and Indonesian, both verbally and in writing.
πΉΒ Compliance & Quality Assurance
Accurately document and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, product complaints, and other special situations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure all responses meet ProPharmaβs quality standards and client-specific guidelines.
Support quality review processes for translations and inquiry handling.
πΉΒ General Responsibilities
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the Inquiry Handling System (IHS).
Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis if required.
Follow company policies on data privacy, confidentiality, and health & safety.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Full work rights in Australia (Visa sponsorship is not available).
Demonstrated interest in medical information, pharmacovigilance, or regulatory compliance.
Skills & Competencies
Indonesian speaker with strong business English proficiency.
Able to confidently understand and communicate pharmacological concepts in both languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and professional etiquette.
Strong translation ability (Indonesian <> English), ideally with experience in medical or technical content.
Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities under time constraints.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document systems.
