Full time Lead Veterinarian - New Opportunity + Great Compensation + Sign-On Bonus - Statesville, NC

We are looking for a full time Lead Veterinarian to join our team in Statesville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a DVM, be proficient in all aspects of veterinary medicine, and have 2-5 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian.

The Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical care to animals, overseeing the work of other veterinary staff, and managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to animals, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery
• Oversee the work of other veterinary staff, including technicians, assistants, and receptionists
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and maintaining records
• Communicate with clients about their pets' health and treatment plans
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach programs to grow the clinic's business

Qualifications:

• DVM
• 2-5 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
