Licensed Psychologist

1. Encourage and perpetuate a culture of TEAMWORK, safety and respect for every employee.
2. Apply and adhere to Company Policies and SOPs, HIPAA and OSHA requirements and processes that allow for the delivery of quality services to internal and external customers.
3. Adhere to Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines as outlined in IMA's Affirmative Action Program.
4. Observe and uphold a standard of absolute confidentiality regarding the personal information of IMA's clients, and all corporate data which may be disclosed as a necessary part of the employee's work function.
5. Attend and complete orientation and training
6. Must be licensed with approved state panel application where indicated. All credentials must be maintained in good standing. Advise the company immediately of any change in professional status.
7. Explain your role to the claimant: Maintain no doctor/patient relationship.
8. Treat each claimant with compassion and respect.
9. Follow IMA policy of no claimant referrals, no claimant treatment and no claimant prescribing.
10. Maintain professional dress and demeanor at all times.
11. Report on any extreme situations: suicidal/homicidal ideations, abuse.
12. Review available documentation; take a claimant history.
13. Spend the appropriate amount of time with the claimant.
14. Supply the psychiatric and/or cognitive information in order to make a determination.
15. Dictate a narrative report the same day.
16. Review and sign reports within 48 hours.
17. Maintain all testing material in good condition.
18. Perform other related duties as assigned and work hours necessary for completion.
