This position is contingent on a contract award.
This position requires a Top Secret SCI polygraph clearance.
This position supports a Government Intelligence Customer. Personnel on this contract provide health, safety, and related services that directly support the intelligence mission and improve the well-being of the customer's workforce domestically who are operating in a fast moving and high stress environment. Provide on-site office support and customer service duties in a medical office.Provide front desk/reception support.
Receive patients and initiate medical data intake form completion.
Answer phones and route calls.
Schedule patient visits.
Check-in patients for their appointment, as well as check out patients at the end of their appointment and schedule any follow-on appointments.
Schedule, manage, and disseminate personnel and patient calendars/schedules.
Ordering lab tests requested by onsite medical personnel.
Update/file electronic and paper medical records.
Other general office/clerical support as needed.
Perform daily appointment record retrieval and replacement, performing routinely scheduled record retirement, and make copies of medical files for official purposes.
All other duties as assigned.
